The Rise Up For Heroes initiative was created to help those affected by COVID-19 in the St. Louis region as well as to celebrate our front-line heroes. As part of the initiative Vidzu Media was tasked with creating a broadcast special. My task was putting a graphics package together based off the brand created by UPBrand. This was the result.

My goal was to create a bold and rich look that was fun and uplifting. With less than 2 weeks to make all the pieces I focused on first creating as many looks as I could with rough renders to get approval. Since I planned to do layering with strokes/outlines and text on top of the 3D pieces I also created a variety of 3D backgrounds to be used. These dynamic backgrounds of cloth simulations, ribbon confetti, glitter, power explosion and the crest shower were created with X particles in Cinema 4D.
